Lady transforms an upside down filing cabinet into the perfect garden planter

Julie Hill from Southern Wild Design is the ultimate fixer upper. In this stunning transformation project, Hill takes an old filing cabinet and transforms it into the a modern garden planter. 
Here's the $15 acquisition she made from her local Habitat Restore. Yes, it does look pretty gross.

Good news? It's nothing that some spray paint can't fix up. Hill uses Forged Hammered Chestnut and Metallic Aged Copper to do the job. 
Here's an in progress shot (after the old filing cabinet has been spray-painted and drawers removed). 
Wheels were also added to the bottom. 
Flip the cabinet around and use it as a garden planter!
