Instructions
1. Draw a heart onto a piece of cardboard with a pencil. Cut out the heart with scissors.

2. Draw a smaller heart within the cardboard heart and cut it out with a utility knife.
3. Wrap ribbon around the middle of two-thirds of the wine corks. Secure the ribbon with a small amount of hot glue.
4. Repeat step 3, this time using a different color of ribbon on the remaining wine corks.
5. Attach the corks with the first color of ribbon onto the cardboard heart with hot glue.
6. Glue on the corks with the other colored ribbon on top of the corks already in place.
7. Cut off a section of twine and tie it around the top of the heart, creating a loop. This will serve as a hanger for the wreath.
