How to make Halloween fabric scrap hair bows

Whether it is due to time, money or having no parties to attend, sometimes dressing up in a full Halloween costume isn't an option. Instead of missing out on this holiday tradition, opt for Halloween-themed accessories that allow you to feel festive in a more subtle and cost-effective way.
This hair bow is a quick DIY project ideal as a last-minute addition to an outfit. As soon as the glue has set, this bow can be placed in your hair. Pair with a matching Halloween-colored outfit (think orange and black or black and purple) to finish off the look.
