How to make a carnival-themed balloon dart game

It's easy to bring out the kid in everyone at a carnival-themed party. This tutorial teaches you how to make an old-fashioned balloon dartboard that you may decorate any way you'd like. Just make sure no one is standing behind it when someone is playing.
Don't worry if you don't have a dedicated workbench with or without raised blocks for drilling. You can lean the wood against a table with an open bottom, such as a patio table, and drill the holes.
