How to make pearl bobby pins

Elegant and classy, pearls reflect beauty and timelessness. Donning a little black dress? Want to embellish an outfit to make it look a little more formal? Pearls are the solution.
Although genuine pearls are quite costly, faux pearls offer the same look at a fraction of the cost. Rather than purchase faux pearl hair accessories, save money and make pearl bobby pins. From start to finish, this simple craft should only take a few moments.

Instructions
1. Squeeze a generous amount of hot glue on the flat pad of the bobby pin.
2. Place a 3mm pearl in the center of the pad.
3. Squeeze glue on all sides of the pearl bead.
4. Surround the 3mm pearl bead with smaller, 1mm and 2mm beads. The larger pearl in the center should almost resemble the bud of a flower, with the smaller pearls resembling petals. Glue beads to the sides of each other, as necessary, for a strong bond.
