To do this DIY, you will need a terracotta pot that has been aged (or painted a soft white), Mod Podge, and a printout of the graphic that you want to use. Make sure that the graphic is printed in mirror image, so that the transfer isn't backward!
To transfer the image, paint the printed side of the graphic with Mod Podge, then stick it into place. After it dries, remove the paper with small amounts of water and gentle rubbing.
Visit All Things Heart and Home to see exactly how it's done, including advice about graphics and how to age your terracotta pot to get the best effect!
