Pro tip: It can be tricky to start the first stitch around the hoop. I recommend holding the tail of your yarn securely against the back of the hoop as you reach your hook under the hoop to draw up a loop.
Pro tip: When making the webbing, I recommend cutting a small piece of cardboard to wrap your yarn around. This will help keep it from getting tangled.
Written Instructions
Step 1: Start with a slip knot on your crochet hook. Hold the slip knot to the back of the hoop, reach over & under the hoop, yarn over and draw up a loop to the front & top of the hoop. Yarn over and pull through both loops on your hook. This is how to make a single crochet around the hoop. Continue making single crochets around the entire hoop until it's completely covered. Invisible join to the first stitch and fasten off.
Step 2: To make the webbing, tie a knot on the inner side of the hoop. A few inches along the hoop, pass your yarn over the hoop, put it over the yarn & pull through to the front. Repeat this all the way around. When you get back to where you started, you'll be going over the yarn the same way you previously went over the hoop. Continue working until you have only a small hole in the center. Tie a knot to secure and cut the yarn.
Step 3: Cut 4 strips of yarn about 14 inches long, fold them in half and put the center through the hoop, put the ends of the yarn through the center and pull tight. Repeat as many times as you'd like to add fringe at the bottom of the dream catcher.
Step 4: Cut 1 piece of yarn about 14 inches long. Attach to the side of the hoop in the same way as the fringe. Add beads to one strand and slide them up to the hoop. Insert a feather into the beads. Repeat on the opposite side of the hoop as well.

Step 5: Cut 1 piece of yarn about 7 inches long. Fold in half and knot the ends together. Attach to the top of the hoop in the same way as the fringe.
