A metal bowl
Two medium-sized candles
Old bottle caps (cleaned)
Foil-lined cookie sheet
Food coloring (optional)
DIY Everywhere
1. Create a double boiler, by placing a metal bowl over the top of a saucepan filled about halfway full with water. Turn the stove on medium-high so the water heats.
2. Place your candles into the metal bowl and stir them every few minutes as they melt. (Bonus tip: You can add a bit of food coloring into the melted wax if you want to give your candles some color).

3. While the candles are melting, cover a cookie sheet with tin foil and place your bottle caps in rows on top. Place a wick in each bottle cap.
4. Pour your liquid candle into each bottle cap. You don't have to be totally precise with pouring as any spilled wax can be tossed or remelted later. Adjust your wick if needed.

5. The candles should set completely within a few hours. Once they are completely dry, use scissors to trim each wick as needed. Display as desired.

For a fun twist, use any leftover bottle caps for extra decor. These charming candles are fun and a great way to show off your personality.
