10 mini DIYs that you can whip up super fast

Some DIY projects can take hours or even days, but don't worry if you don't have that kind of time right now! There are a ton of cute, fun projects you can make even if you only have an hour to spare.
Whether you're looking to make a last-minute gift or you just want to squeeze some crafting time into your busy day, these projects will give you amazing results without using all your time!
1. Metallic fridge magnets (h/t Inspired By Charm)
Why should kids get to have all the fun with alphabet fridge magnets? These gold magnetic letters look much more grown-up, but they still let you have all the fun of spelling out words on your fridge.
2. Gold confetti mug (h/t Lines Across)
Once you've made some gold fridge magnets, why not make a gold confetti mug to match? This design would look great on a bowl or a cream pitcher as well!
3. Custom Sharpie mug (h/t A Beautiful Mess)
If gold confetti isn't quite your style, you can still make a gorgeous custom mug with nothing but a Sharpie! The mug will need to spend a bit of time in the oven, but the hands-on time for this project is very minimal.
4. Driftwood necklace holder (h/t Visibly Moved)
As long as you have the supplies on hand, this necklace holder is a breeze to make! It would make a great Christmas gift, so why not gather a bunch of pretty dresser knobs and make a couple for your friends?
5. Coffee bean tealight holder (h/t Nosh On It)
Coffee-scented candles are one of the quickest ways to make your home smell amazing, and this DIY version does the job just as well as the store-bought versions! It also only takes a minute or two to whip up — what's not to love?
6. Embellished pillow (h/t The Shabby Creek Cottage)
Who knew it was so easy to transform a boring pillow into something beautiful? This project only takes half an hour, and you can customize your pillow to say whatever you like!
7. Simple DIY dry erase board (h/t One Little Project)
Why would you ever use a boring white dry erase board when you could make a cute, colorful one in only 5 minutes? This would be great for everything from menu planning to writing little reminder notes!
8. Inkblot napkins (h/t Paper & Stitch)
These colorful napkins are the perfect way to upgrade your dinner table! This is a pretty quick project to make, but don't blame me if you accidentally spend the whole day experimenting with different colors.
9. Button tacks (h/t Fellow Fellow)
Do you have a collection of pretty buttons that you have no idea what to do with? Use them to make beautiful button tacks like these! You'll never go back to using boring dollar store tacks again.
10. Pallet coasters (h/t The Sorry Girls)
Popsicle sticks really can be a DIYer's best friend, especially if you want to make some DIY coasters! These pallet coasters are adorable, inexpensive, and easy to make. What more could you ask for?
