Instructions
1. Tear out a few pages from both books. Try to pull out the pages individually so they are less likely to get damaged as you are removing them from the book.
2. Draw a line along the margin of each book page with a quilting ruler.
3. Cut strips into the page with scissors, making sure to stop cutting once you reach the line you drew along the margin. Repeat this step on all the book pages.
4. Take the strips of card stock and glue them together with a hot glue gun, creating two strips long enough to cover the chandelier frame.
5. Add hot glue to the card stock strips and attach the margins of the book pages onto them. Put the bigger pages onto the strip for the inner part of the frame and the smaller pages onto the strip for the outer part of the frame.
6. Glue the strips of book pages around the outside of the chandelier frame, making sure cover both rings of the frame.
7. Glue rope around the top edge of the book pages to create a finished look.
8. Let dry before hanging the chandelier.
