Lady cuts up old garden hose & grabs her glue gun, transforms it completely into chic decor

At first glance, there really isn't much you can do with a damaged garden hose. Whether it's just a little hole or a much larger cut, throwing away the equipment is likely your first response.

Instead of sending it to the landfill, upcycle the hose, giving it a second life as a decorative item. This sweet and quirky wreath is ideal for gardeners at all levels and can bring some personality to any door or wall it adorns. - Garden clippers
- Hot glue gun
- Floral wire
- Wire cutters
- Needle-nosed pliers
- Faux flowers
- Garden fork
- Spade
- Twine

1. Coil the hose to form loose circles and cut off a section of three circles using clippers.

2. Cut off about one foot of hose from the other end (with the fitting) using clippers.

3. Glue together the two sections of hose with a hot glue gun. Both ends of the hose should have hose fittings attached.

4. Wrap floral wire around the hose coil. Cut off the excess floral wire with wire cutters and use needle-nosed pliers to tuck the wire into place. Repeat the process on the opposite side of the hose coil.

5. Cut off the long stems of the faux flowers and tuck the flowers into the floral wire on the hose.

6. Bend the flowers into place so that they follow the shape of the wreath. Add extra floral wire to any flowers that need more security.

7. Place both the garden fork and spade onto the hose coil and secure with floral wire. Cut off the excess floral wire with wire cutters and use needle-nosed pliers to tuck the wire into place.

8. Cut off a section of twine and tie it around the top of the wreath, forming a loop. Secure it with a knot to create a hanger.
