Instructions
1. Paint the entire chair with yellow paint. Allow the paint to dry.

2. Paint the seat of the chair with decoupage medium.
3. Place a printed napkin onto the seat of the chair and paint decoupage medium on top of it. Roll the rubber brayer across the napkin to remove any lumps.
4. Repeat step 3 until the entire chair seat is covered with napkins.
5. Cut off any excess napkin that hangs over the edge of chair seat using a precision knife.
6. Allow the seat of the chair to dry completely before using.
