Instructions
1. Use an electric sander to remove any splinters and rough bits from both of the pallets.

2. Cover both pallets with a coat of chalk paint, leaving the bottoms unpainted if desired. Let the paint dry.
3. Flip over one pallet over and attach a caster wheel to each of the bottom four corners using a washer and a screw for each corner of the wheel plate.
4. Flip over the pallet again and set the second pallet on top of it.
5. Attach the pallets in several places with washers and screws to ensure that the top pallet won't slide off.
