How to make a cardboard desk organizer

Materials
- Square Piece of cardboard
- Cardboard box lid
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Utility knife
- Decorative paper
- Scissors
- Hot glue gun
- Ribbon

Instructions
1. Draw a line 2 inches in from either side of the square piece of cardboard. Use a utility knife to score along each line and fold the cardboard up in the opposite direction from where you scored it.
2. Trace the outline of the cardboard onto a piece of decorative paper and cut it out with scissors. Hot glue this piece of paper into the bottom of the cardboard organizer.
3. Cut out a piece of decorative paper that will fit into the bottom of the cardboard box lid using scissors. Secure it with hot glue.
4. Cut a piece of cardboard 4 inches tall and 12 inches long. Score the cardboard with the utility knife at three points 3 inches apart lengthwise to create four equal-sized sections.
5. Fold this piece of cardboard into an open-ended box and hot glue it together.
6. Hot glue the tray you made in step 1 to the tray you made in step 3, and hot glue the box from step 4 into the tray from step 3.

7. Tie a pretty piece of ribbon around the box.
