How to make a snowman with Styrofoam balls

Snowmen are ideal holiday decorations -- and they always kick up the cool notch for both indoor or outdoor winter decors. Leave this snowman out after Christmas to add a touch of charm to any living space. By using materials like velvet ribbon, gold tacks and a log slice, this piece has an upscale and high-end look.
Since only small amounts of each material are used, this DIY is excellent for using on handcraft supplies. Once completed, set the snowman on a coffee table, mantel or other surface to celebrate a festive look.
