Create a stunning fall leaves mason jar with this guide

Create a fall leaf candle holder that encompasses beauty, safety and functionality. The soft glow of the battery-operated candle projects shadows through the jar, letting everyone know fall is here. Amazingly, the pearl paint truly transforms this ordinary jar into a chic decoration for the season.

Materials
- Mason jar
- Painter's tape
- Small paintbrush
- Pearl acrylic metallic paint
- Plastic paint palette
- Hot-glue gun
- Glue stick
- 6 artificial fall leaves
- Bakers twine
- Scissors
- 10 acorns
- Battery-operated candle

Instructions
1. Remove the lid from the jar.
2. Wrap painter's tape around the bottom 1/4 of the jar, just above the word "MASON."
3. Squeeze pearl-colored metallic paint in a paint palette.
4. Dip the paintbrush in the paint; proceed to paint the glass below the painter's tape. Allow paint to dry.
5. Remove the painter's tape.
6. Squeeze a small amount of hot glue on the right side of the word "MASON." Press a leaf on the glue.
7. Glue and secure an additional 4 leaves to the right of the word "MASON," overlapping leaves.
8. Squeeze a small amount of glue to the left of the word "Ball." Press a leaf on the glue.
9. Glue and secure an additional 2 leaves to the left of the word "Ball."
10. Create a decorative border out of bakers twine. Wrap the twine around the jar, making sure its tied where the clear glass and paint meet. After tying a knot, make a bow. Trim excess twine with scissors.

11. Place acorns inside the jar.
12.Turn on a battery-operated candle, then place the candle in the decorative candle holder.
