How to make magnets with Perler beads

Making something with Perler beads isn't just a kids' endeavor anymore. Perler beads may be used to create a variety of crafts with adult uses, including refrigerator magnets. Use these magnets to hold notes for or pictures of friends and family.
Any color may be used, and the size may be increased for a larger magnet. Make sure you increase the size of the actual magnet size if you increase the size of the project. The tutorial shows a basic two-by-two checkered pattern, but other squares may be added for a different look.
