- Pink tissue paper

Instructions
Step 1. Lay two sheets of pink tissue paper flat on top of each other.
Step 2. Cut a straight line through the middle of both sheets of paper, leaving four sheets of paper to work with.
Step 3. Set three sheets of paper to the side, leaving one to work with in Step 4.
Step 4. Fold the paper in half, then cut it in half. Set one half aside.
Step 5. Fold the paper in half again, then cut it in half.
Step 6. Stack the top and bottom halves of paper from Step 5.
Step 7. Fold the stack from the previous step in half.
Step 8. Hold the closed end of the paper against the palm of your hand; cut a semicircle shape around the edges of the paper. The shape of the paper should now resemble a taco.
Step 9. Open the paper and place it on a flat surface.
Step 10. Make accordion-like folds across the length of the paper.
Step 11. Separate the sheets to reveal individually folded papers.
Step 12. Gather the papers together, holding the center of the papers with index finger and thumb. The folded papers should resemble the shape of a bow tie.
Step 13. Twist green craft wire around the center of the papers to hold the bow tie shape. The folded papers should now resemble a bow tie on a stick.
Step 14. Fan out the paper, giving it a puffy appearance. Use your fingers to loosen tight folds and spread out paper. The paper should now resemble a flower on a stem.
Step 15. Fold a piece of green tissue paper in half.
Step 16. Cut the paper in half. Set one half aside.
Step 17. Roll the paper into a cylinder shape; twist each end of the paper.
Step 18. Pinch and twist the paper in half to create two green leaves.
Step 19. Place the leaves from the previous step below the flower, then twist the center of leaves around the green craft wire.
Step 20. Fan out the green tissue paper on the stem to offer a more realistic appearance of leaves.
Step 21. Place the flower in a vase.
Step 22. Create additional flowers by following the steps above.
