How to make a tray with Perler beads

It's always a good idea to have a dedicated space for small, important items such as rings and keys, as well as less-important items such as the change that falls out of pockets after clothes have been in the dryer. For someone who sells crafts at fairs and festivals, this Perler bead tray also might double as a business-card holder.
This project will take a while, so set aside a good amount of time. This video tutorial uses white, pink, peach and yellow Perler beads, but any color scheme may be used.
