How to make a tulle-wrapped vase

Tulle isn't just for dresses and children's tutus. Tulle comes in a variety of colors and widths, making it a versatile fabric with which to make crafts and add embellishments to things. In this project, crafters learn how to make a plain glass vase look a bit fancier.
This is a cost-effective project as you can purchase the vase at a dollar store. It is also an easy and suitable craft to do with children. When you tie the tulle around the vase, make sure to stretch the tulle a bit so it is 1/2-inch wide; you can make it narrower, but that requires more strips of tulle.
