How to make salt and pepper shakers with Tic Tac containers

This stylish project repurposes Tic Tac containers and is sure to bring a modern simplicity to your tabletop. These salt and pepper shakers take no time to make, but their simple graphic look is everything. The bold black letters on the transparent plastic containers give the shakers a look that says "We're from a modern home accessories store," while in reality, the cost of these is about a dollar each, if that.
This project is customizable, even though it’s simple. You can opt for letters that are swirly and cursive or even ones that have a “ye olde” look reminiscent of a medieval tract. Whatever your individual aesthetic, this seasoning set is easy to use, highly portable and striking. Once you get the hang of this DIY, you might want to create an entire spice collection.
