Mom picks up suitcase from thrift store, turns it into brand new furniture for her bedroom

A nightstand is always convenient for holding books, water and other nighttime necessities. Home accessories do not have to be bland. Instead of heading to the store to buy a standard nightstand, take some time to turn an old suitcase into a nightstand that’s truly one of a kind and reminds you of your love of travel.
Metal table legs with bracket attachment plates make for an easy transition. Pick complementary spray paint colors, and spray each table leg with a color of your choice. Although this nightstand works well in the bedroom, you can also use it as an interesting end table in the living room.
