Instructions
1. Clean the outside of the drinking glass to make sure it's free of dirt and residue.
2. Take decorative paper and rip it into jagged strips.
3. Hold the paper strips against the drinking glass and decide where you would like to place them.
4. Apply Modge Podge to the glass with a paintbrush in the area where you plan to put the decorative paper. It doesn't have to be exact.
5. Adhere the paper to the glass in the area where you placed the glue. As long as the glue is wet, you're free to adjust the paper.
6. Glue down the edges of the paper strip using the paintbrush and a bit of Modge Podge. Apply a coat of Modge Podge to the surface of the paper strip as well.
