Beaucoup beautiful storage: Transform candle jars into cute bathroom canisters

Some candle jars are so beautiful that it's hard to part with them, even when the wick runs out and the candle has reached the end of its life. With this clever upcycling idea, there's no need to toss the jars in the recycling bin. Instead, revive them into charming storage containers for cotton balls or other bathroom necessities.
The bathroom is one place that can get cluttered quickly. Rather than stuff bags of cotton swabs or makeup sponges under the sink, tidy them away in these cute canisters. Contact paper with a floral motif or striped print deftly hides the container's contents while also adding a layer of personality. Eye-catching drawer pulls are a pretty and practical cherry on top.

Instructions
1. Take the lid off of a clean candle jar. Place the jar on the table.
2. Use the measuring tape to measure the height and circumference of the jar.
3. Roll out the contact paper face down. If needed, tape one corner down to the table to help keep the paper flat.
4. Mark the dimensions measured in step 2. Add an extra 1/4 inch to the width to allow for some overlap when applying the paper to the jar.
5. Cut out the paper and peel the back off. Gradually apply it to the outside of the jar.
6. Place the lid top side up on the table. Hot glue the bottom of the drawer pull to the center of the lid. Allow it to dry.
