Have your own blooming bouquet any time of the year with felt-ball flowers

Fresh flowers add color and a little nature to your home, but they soon wilt. Before you know it, you have a mess of dead leaves and dropped petals. Enjoy all the brightness of a fresh bouquet without the die-off by making your own felt-ball arrangement instead.
The beauty of this tutorial is that you can choose the colors that go best with your decor — and these "flowers" won’t need replacing anytime soon. Not only is this wallet friendly and low maintenance, but it’s also an easy, sustainable way to add a floral touch to any room. Pick your favorite colors, and enjoy a long-lasting arrangement in no time.

Instructions
1. Place a dot of hot glue on the end of your floral wire. Press the end of your twine into the glue and allow it to dry.
2. Wrap your twine around the floral wire until it covers the entire length, scrunching the twine while wrapping to keep wire from peeking out.
3. When you get to the end of the wire, apply another dot of hot glue before wrapping the end in twine. Allow the glue to dry, and trim the twine.
4. Using thread snippers or a pair of crafting scissors, cut a small hole in the yellow felt ball, just big enough to fit the wrapped wire.
5. Apply hot glue at one end of the twine-wrapped floral wire and push it into the hole you made in the yellow felt ball.
6. Hot glue five felt balls around the edge of the yellow felt ball, creating a five-petal flower.
7. Bend the wire slightly for a more authentic look.
