Instructions
1. Sand the drawer both inside and out until smooth.
2. Rub down the sanded areas with a hand towel.
3. With the masking tape, tape alongside the interior perimeter along the bottom and up the corners. Cut any tape that hangs over with the X-Acto knife.
4. Paint the drawer's interior with your desired color of home decor chalk. Leave the bottom unpainted as well as the very front interior.
5. Tape along the outside front of the drawer in two areas, forming a rectangular center that you can then sand and paint to match the interior.
6. Once dry, mark and measure where your two handles or knobs will go.
7. Drill the knobs into the front of the drawer.
8. Take the two pieces of wood, one slightly longer than the other, and glue them on top of one another.
9. Clamp or vice them together, and then place in the middle of the drawer creating a divider. The longer piece of wood should be glued to the bottom of the drawer.
10. Take the three equal strips of wood, and glue them to the bottom of the drawer: one at each side and one in the middle.
11. Mark the four corners where the hanger bolts will be attached. Drill the screws into the hanger bolts at each corner.
12. Screw in the round taper legs. (Note: You can also paint the legs to match the color you've chosen to paint the drawer. This is optional).
