This DIY hair bow is easy, cute and childlike. They can be made for a child or for a woman. They are whimsical and adorable on the pony tails of a child. They can look ironic on a woman. With the rise of DC Comics character Harley Quinn however, the powerful "girl-woman look" is in.
What could be more fun than a pom-pom? Coordinate colors to support your outfits, seasons or sports teams. For more fun, you can add some charms in with the pom-poms, or tie on a long ribbon to cascade down with the hair.
