Materials
- Wine corks
- Ruler
- Pencil
- Utility knife
- Wood picture frame
- Green paint
- Paintbrush
- Cardboard
- Scissors
- Hot glue gun
- Small beads
Instructions
1. Measure and mark each wine cork at approximately one-half inch with a rule and pencil. Mark all the way around the cork.
2. Cut each wine cork along the pencil mark with a utility knife. Collect all the half-inch pieces of cork and set aside the larger ends of the corks.
3. Paint the wooden picture frame with green paint. Allow the paint to dry.
4. Measure and cut the cardboard with a ruler and scissors so it is the same size as the picture frame.
5. Add hot glue to the edges of the cardboard and press the wooden frame onto it. Allow the glue to harden.
6. Attach all the wine corks onto the cardboard with a hot glue gun until the frame is full.
7. In all the gaps where corks cannot fit, add hot glue. Place small beads into the gaps, pressing gently on the beads so they stick to the glue.
