Instructions
1. Cut a piece of cardboard into the shape and size you'd like your frame to be using the utility knife.
2. Cut a hole in the middle of the frame for the photo, using a quilting ruler to make sure the hole is centered.
3. Place the frame onto a piece of decorative paper, trace the outline, and cut it out so you have a piece of paper the same size as the frame.
4. Glue the paper onto the cardboard frame, and use a utility knife to cut out the extra paper in the center.
5. Cut a strip of cardboard slightly shorter than the frame and bend it half an inch or so from the top to form the stand.
6. Hot glue the stand to the back of the frame.
7. Cut a short piece of ribbon and glue one end to the bottom of the stand and the other to the back of the frame so that the stand stays in place.
