- 1/3 cup Epsom salt
- 1/4 cup water

- 3 drops of Palmolive dish soap
- Empty wine bottle

Instructions
1. Fill a small bowl with 1/3 cup of Epsom salt.
2. Carefully add 1/4 cup of water to the mixture.
3. Add approximately 3 drops of Palmolive dish soap to the mixture.
4. Use a crafting stick to mix the ingredients until the Epsom salt is completely dissolved.
5. Lay an empty wine bottle without its label on one side.
6. Dip the paintrush into the Epsom sale mixture and gently apply it to the exposed side of the wine bottle, covering the entire side.
7. Pick up the bottle by the neck and gently twist the bottle back and forth to allow the liquid mixture to run completely around it.

8. Once the bottle is dry, tie a ribbon in a bow around the neck.
