Quick-setting concrete mix (approximately 4 lbs)

Spray the inside of the large plastic bowl and the outside of the smaller bowl with cooking spray to act as a mold release.

In a bucket, mix the quick-setting concrete with water according to the package instructions until you achieve a thick, pourable consistency.

Pour the concrete mixture into the large bowl, filling it about halfway.

Place the smaller bowl into the center of the large bowl, pressing down gently. Ensure it's centered and that the lip of the smaller bowl is slightly above the concrete level.

Weigh down the smaller bowl with small stones or gravel to prevent it from floating.

Allow the concrete to set for at least 24 hours or according to the concrete mix instructions.

Once the concrete has cured, remove the smaller bowl first, then carefully remove the larger bowl.

Use sandpaper to smooth any rough edges on the concrete.

Place a gel fuel canister into the center of the bowl. If necessary, stabilize it with additional stones or gravel.
