Peat Pot Light Garland

Materials
20 mini brown peat pots
1 string of LED fairy lights (20 bulbs)
Strong adhesive or hot glue gun
Scissors
Measuring tape
Clear fishing wire or thin twine (optional for hanging)
Directions
Lay out all 20 peat pots and inspect them to ensure they are free from cracks.
Measure the distance between each light bulb on the LED string to ensure even spacing.
Using scissors, carefully cut a small X on the bottom of each peat pot. Make sure the hole is just large enough to snugly fit a light bulb.
Gently push each LED bulb through the hole in the bottom of the peat pot.
Secure each pot to the string with a small amount of adhesive around the hole to prevent slipping.
If desired, use fishing wire or thin twine to help hang the garland securely across your chosen location.
Allow the adhesive to dry completely before hanging.
Test the garland to ensure all lights are working as expected.

Variations & Tips
For a personalized touch, consider painting the exterior of each peat pot in colors that match your decor or the season. You could also embellish the pots with decorative elements like twine, lace, or small wooden cutouts. For an added fragrance, tuck sprigs of dried lavender or other herbs inside each pot. If you prefer a more festive look, opt for colored LED lights or wrap the garland with a thin strand of garland or ribbon to suit holidays or special occasions.
