Using the PVC pipe cutter, cut each of the 6-foot PVC pipes into 1.5-foot sections, resulting in 16 pieces.

Use the drill and 1/16 inch drill bit to carefully drill small holes along the top side of each PVC pipe section, spacing them approximately every 2 inches.

Sand the edges of the drilled holes with sandpaper or a file to remove any rough edges.

Apply PVC primer and cement to the joints and connectors to secure the frame, ensuring a water-tight seal.

Attach the garden hose adapter to the T-connector and connect your garden hose.

Allow the cement to dry as per the manufacturer's instructions before testing the splash pad.

Once dry, turn on the water supply to the garden hose and enjoy your new backyard splash pad.
